General Notes from the Organizing Committee:

  1. Authors are encouraged to directly start typing in the provided paper template.
  2. Double blind review process will be followed for all papers. All accepted papers, with participating (registered) authors, will be allocated a poster presentation slot while selective papers will be allocated a slot for oral presentation.
  3. The number of Author’s including lead author and co-author’s should not be more than five.
  4. For each paper submitted and accepted, one presenting author is expected to be a participant at I5ICGE or 9AYGEC. Authors who will not be able to participate (even though their abstracts may have been accepted) may note that a very limited number of papers by non-participating authors (each of maximum 5 pages length) will be published depending on availability of print space.
  5. Please do not forget to indicate the details of Corresponding Author (for all queries) and the Presenting Author (for ppt presentation) in the Information Sheet attached with the paper template.
